Shannon received her brown belt last Sunday making her Kentucky’s highest ranked woman.  She has been a dedicated and consistent student for many years in Bowling Green.  Taking the weekly abuse at the hands of bigger and stronger men, she has outlasted them all!  Nowadays she is a pillar for the team.  She helps teach classes in Bowling Green and Etown as well as managing the Bowling Green school.  She is also one of our most talented competitors.  Fresh off a dominating performance in Orlando Newbreed where she finished every match in less than 3 minutes, her accolades include several IBJJF medals, including a silver in the worlds.  She is also 2-0 in MMA having won both her fights by armlock in less than 1 minute.  Congratulations to her!
