Energy Sports and Fitness will be closing at 5:00pm on Monday in observance of New Years.  Therefore, we WILL NOT be having class on Monday as regularly scheduled.

There is class Saturday, December 22 at 10:30am with the spectacular Shannon Montgomery supervising!  No class Monday or Tuesday due to Christmas Eve and Christmas.  However, we are back to work on Thursday!  Classes have been great and it’s exciting to watch the growth!  Competition is coming in Feb.

Some of our kids earned some promotions recently!  The kids have been working very hard and showing great progress!  Here are some pics….

Kids classes are cancelled the week of Christmas.  The training days fall on the Eve and the day after so we will just take the week off to celebrate Christmas and spend time with our families.

Training on Monday, Dec. 24th (Christmas Eve) will take place at 10:00am in E-town!  Come enjoy some Jiu-Jitsu before Christmas for some fun on the mat!!
