Classes will resume at Energy Jan. 15th! This is a much needed reboot for the program. Highlights will include a return to 2 hour adult classes(old school pre 2007 format) and an added kids class on Saturday! Kickboxing will have it’s own days. There will be two morning classes each week.

Adult BJJ will be Monday and Wednesday nights from 7-9. Be on time and don’t make an excuse to leave early. Tues and Thursday morning from 9-11am. Saturday from 11-1:00pm
Adult Kickboxing will be Thursday night from 7:30-8:30 and Sunday 2:30-3:30pm
*There will be no extra training on my mats at Energy without me present or my permission.
Kids Grappling will be Monday and Wednesday nights from 6:00-6:45pm and Saturday 10:30-11:00am live rolling.
Sunday will be reserved for private classes or small group classes.
The 1st Sunday of each month there will be a 2 hour seminar on selected topics free to all adults in good standing with the club.

New prices:
Adult BJJ including Kickboxing is $75
Kickboxing only is $50
Kids classes are $50 per child
Single class mat fee is $10.
*for now cash or check made to Josh Johnson (switching bank accounts and reorganizing the LLC.) are the payment methods available. Soon I will have an automated billing system that people an agree to for a slightly discounted rate. More on that to come.

Expect discipline, philosophy, judo, striking, self-defense, conditioning, and lots of rolling. Any class could be sem kimono(nogi) or include striking. People will puke. We will be in shape.
