Just returned from a trip training with Casey McCullough and a few of his students up at Team One IL.  Was a fun trip!  Always great to share the brotherhood of Jiu-Jitsu!  Casey is good and getting better each time.  He has excellent movement from the bottom and attacks armbars and triangles very well.  I can’t wait to get him down here to roll with everyone!
