I love this video.  In the beginning when they are sparring it looks just like judo!  Then of course on the ground the leg work from the guard that the Gracies are known for.  The Self-Defense section is beautiful.  A real Black Belt in Jiu-Jitsu knows the self-defense curriculum.

I only had the opportunity to train with him on a few occasions but every time was something special.  He had the ability to elevate your training experience by just being on the mat with him.  Truly a Master of Jiu-Jitsu!

Here is the fight as long as the UFC does not take it off of youtube.  Much different looking ground game from GSP.  He is passing hard to his right side and he keeps controlling the head.

Due to low participation Sunday no gi class in Elizabethtown is cancelled.    Kickboxing will still go on at the normal time of 2:30pm.  I will be scheduling some small group trainings on Sundays coming up for drilling and game plan work.
