Here is some rare footage of Rolls Gracie and Rickson Gracie training as Helio Gracie looks on! Rolls and Rickson are the two main instructors of my Jiu-Jitsu Master Luiz Palhares! Master Palhares started his training in Rio De Janeiro under Rolls until Rolls died in 1982 in a hang-gliding accident. Master Palhares continued training under Rickson and it was Rickson together with Helio who gave Master his black belt in 1984!
