Excellent classes tonight in Elizabethtown! We had nearly 20 kids on the mat for kids class and we had about 20 adults training tonight in BJJ and about 10 in kickboxing! Not only were the classes full but I think everyone became a little sharper!

Yesterday was the first meeting of the year for the GC Burkhead Elementary School Judo Club! We have about 30 students staying after school each Tuesday to learn Judo! I will post some pics soon!
