Thursday in Bowling Green the WKU Club is coming over to cross train in our normally scheduled Thursday class. If anyone from Elizabethtown wants to tag along I will be leaving at 6:30. I have room for 3 people. Who’s going to be there from E-town?
Halloween is Wednesday and Hardin County Schools are out Monday therefore we will have no kids classes in E-town on those days. Make-up class is scheduled for this Saturday, Nov. 3rd at 10am-10:45am.

Another great week of training wrapped up today. We had a small but nice class today. Worked some simple choke attacks from butterfly guard and then attacked the omo platta from butterfly guard. Some nice sparring today!
